How can I view/download invoices?

  1. Log into your account https://nira.app/login/.
  2. Click on three lines icons in the top left corner (hamburger menu).
  3. Click on the Billing option on the left sidebar.
  4. Under the Billing section, you'll find information about your current plan. Look for the option to View Invoices.
  5. Your browser may prompt you to allow pop-ups for nira.app. Once you accept, you'll find a list of listing of your invoice payments.
  6. Click on the boxed arrow or link next to the payment date you're interested in. This action will open a new tab in your browser.
  7. In the newly opened tab, you'll have the option to download either the invoice or the receipt. Choose the desired option.
  8. Once you've made your selection, the PDF file containing the invoice or receipt will be generated and downloaded to your local machine.
